January Favourites

Today it is that time again to share with you my favourite products from the past month. I have quite a few to share with you today so lets see what I've been loving.
First item I have been loving is my Roberto Cavalli Acqua perfume, this smells amazing and I have been using it everyday. The next item is Heel Genius from Soap and Glory which is one of the best foot creams that I have ever tried. It leaves my feet feeling really soft and moisturised. I often forget to apply foot cream but this month I have tried really hard to apply it daily and I have noticed a huge difference. I have another favourite from Soap and Glory it is the Foam Call shower gel which smells amazing. It is really creamy and leaves my skin feeling really soft. The smell is very refreshing and the scent lingers on my skin.

Onto makeup favourites. I have been loving the single eyeshadow from Rimmel. It is the Glam Eyes Mono Eyeshadow in Tribute (130) I love the colour of this. I love these sorts of shimery shades as I can wear them all over my lid for school as it is quick but also really pretty. This shade is gorgeous, it is super pigmented and is really soft so it is easy to blend. I have been enjoying the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer I love this concealer as it is so creamy and perfect at covering up under eye circles. It offers a medium coverage without being too heavy. It has quickly become one of my everyday staples. I have been wearing my Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Cherries In The Snow (440) quite a lot recently. I love the colour it is so pretty and suits my skin tone really well. The formula is really creamy and doesn't dry out my lips. I love this lipstick as it lasts really well so I don't have to reapply it too often. My last favourite is the much talked about Maybelline Colour Show Brocades in Knitted Gold this is a beautiful glitter polish that is very unique and I am absolutely in love with it.

What have been your favourites this month?

L'Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution Review

I have always been a fan of liquid cleansing solutions for removing my eye makeup. I previously used the Simple Kind To Eyes Makeup Remover which was one of my all time favourites. I have never tried the much hyped about Bioderma as it is difficult to get in the UK. A little while ago L'Oreal released a new line called Skin Perfection in this line was the 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution which I was very eager to try.

This product claims to dissolve makeup, unclogs pores and removes impurties and tones and soothes skin. I'd agree with all of these claims. This product is amazing at removing eye makeup it can remove even the most stubborn of mascaras i.e Benefit's They're Real. Although I don't often us this to remove my face makeup (as I mainly use it on my eyes) I noticed that it still worked really well at removing my face makeup as well. This is very gentle on the skin and even more importantly does not sting my eyes. Unlike some makeup removers I have tried this doesn't leave my skin feeling oily.

I really enjoy using this to remove my eye makeup it leaves my eyelids completely makeup free and it leaves them feeling very fresh and clean. I really like this for removing my eye makeup and I have already used a bottle of it and repurchased it already. When I wasn't using this I really missed as the other product I was using (Garnier 2 in 1 makeup remover) just wasn't as good as this.

Product: L'Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying  Micellar Solution
Price: £4.99 (However is on offer at Boots and Superdrug at the moment)
Where to buy: Boots, Superdrug and most supermarkets
Score: 9/10

Have you tried this?

ELF Haul January 2013

A little while ago I ordered a few things from ELF  and today I thought I would share with you what I got. I will be doing more in depth reviews of these products once I try them out.

Firstly I picked up the Daily Brush Cleaner I am really bad at cleaning my brushes, I don't do it as often as I should but I am hoping that this will be much quicker to do so that I will be able to clean my brushes more often. I heard about the new Moisturising Lipsticks and I knew I had to try them out. I love moisturising lipsticks so I thought these would be perfect for me. I choose the shade Flirty & Fabulous which is a gorgeous bright pink. I am currently really enjoying using this and it is quite a moisturising formula. I wanted to repurchase the Eyelid Primer in Sheer but that was sold out so I opted for Champagne which I think will work well with all of my neutral eyeshadows. This primer is one of my favourites and it is so affordable so I definitely recommend it.  I got 2 of the Baked Blushes as I had heard such good things about them. I got the shades Peachy Cheeky and Pinktastic both of these are beautiful colours and I am looking forward to trying them out. The last 2 items are eyeshadows, I had previously tried the Baked Eyeshadow in Bark and loved it so much that I wanted to try another one. I chose the shade Burnt Plum as I thought it would work really well with Bark.  The last thing I got was from the Mineral range, I haven't tried many products from this range and as it was in the sale I thought it was worth giving it a try. I got the Pressed Mineral Eyeshadow in Lunch Break which is a gorgeous colour and one that I am loving wearing all over my lid.

So this is all the products that I got from ELF as I try them out I will review them for you. Have you tried any of these products? Do you have any ELF recommendations?

Weekend Wishlist #10 Fashion Edition

So this week I thought I would share some fashion items that are on my wishlist. I saw this bird print top on the New Look website and I thought it was so cute. I love bird prints like this and I thought the style of the top would be good for when the weather gets warmer. Whilst on the New Look website I saw this Little Miss Sunshine Jumper and I really like it. I love to wear jumpers and leggings that is my go to outfit as they are so comfy and this jumper is so cute. I saw this cute rabbit bag on someone's blog and I thought it was so cute. I love this bag as it isn't too big and would be great for a night out and it is just so cute. It's from ASOS which is a place that I have never ordered from but they have some nice things on their website and I can get a 10% student discount. My last item is from Topshop and it is this cool Coke jumper, I love the colour of this and I am a massive lover of Coke so this is perfect for me. The only downside is that it is £30 which is quite expensive so I'll have to hope that it gets discounted at some point.

What's on your wishlist at the moment?

NOTD: Purple With A Silver Twist

Illamasqua Faux Pas and Rimmel Your Majesty
I got Illamasqua's Faux Pas in a mystery box quite awhile ago. Faux Pas is from the Fall 2011 collection called Theatre Of The Nameless. Faux Pas has a rubbery finish to it and the rubberised cap shows that it is part of the rubber effect nail polishes. At first I wasn't sure how I would like the rubber effect but I actually quite liked. I decided to add some silver stripes to it as I had seen something similar on Pinterest.

Illamasqua Faux Pas and Rimmel Your Majesty

Illamasqua Faux Pas and Rimmel Your Majesty
I am very pleased with how it turned out. I only needed 2 coats of Faux Pas for it to become opaque. I think the silver stripes really add something to this look as well. Although they aren't the smoothest lines I think with practise I could get the lines to work really well. Faux Pas lasted really well it lasted me well over a week which I was really impressed with. Your Majesty from Rimmel is very similar to Essie's No Place Like Chrome.  However it isn't identical Your Majesty is slightly darker and it has a different formula but it is quite similar.

What have you got on your nails at the moment?

January Empties

I haven't done an empties post in awhile so I thought I would do one today as I have quite a few empties to share with you.
Firstly I have used up a lot of skincare products in the past month. One of my favourites is the L'Oreal Micellar Solution I love this to remove my eye makeup and I was so disappointed when I ran out of it as I had to use something else which wasn't as good but I have now repurchased so I can go back to using it as I have missed using it. Next item is the Arran Aromatics Lavender Tea Tree Face Wash I loved this face wash it smelt really nice. It left my face feeling really clean and it had little beads in that helped exfoliate my skin. Tea Tree is really good for spots and I found that if I had a breakout this was really good at soothing and reducing my spots. The next item was a disappointment,  it was the Neal's Yard Remedies Power Berry Moisturiser I got this free in a magazine  I was looking forward to using it as I have a hand cream from the same brand which I love but I didn't like this moisturiser. I found the formula of the moisturiser to be very thin and it didn't offer much moisture I also found that it took a long time to sink into my skin. My last skincare item is the Simple Pure Face Mask  I really enjoyed this mask as it is designed for sensitive skin so it was gentle on my skin  but it still left my skin feeling really smooth.

I have managed to use 1 mascara up from my collection. This mascara is the MUA Every Lash Mascara which I really liked. I found that this mascara lengthened and volumised my lashes. It is such an affordable mascara and it works really well. I will get this again as soon as I have used up some of my other mascaras. The last item I used up is a perfume sample, this was a sample of the Roberto Cavalli Acqua perfume. I loved the scent of this and I was lucky enough to get a full sized bottle for Christmas.

What have you used up this month?

Lush Haul

After Christmas Lush had a sale online and I decided to make an order as I haven't tried much from Lush as I haven't got a store in my town and I can't always justify their prices but the sale was a great opportunity to try some of their products.

First off I got the Golden Wonder Bath Bomb which I'm really looking forward to using it as I saw it on quite a few blogs over Christmas. I also got Butterball which is quite a basic bath bomb but it is really moisturising and smells really nice. I got Cinders as I had seen that in many Lush hauls before Christmas and it looked really nice. The last bath bomb I got was So White which smells amazing ad I can't wait to use it. I got the Melting Snowman as it looked so cute. The last thing I got was the Rose Jam shower gel which smells amazing.

I am looking forward to trying out all of these products and as I do I will review them for you. I want to start trying more Lush products so if you have any recommendations let me know.

Did you get anything in the sale? What are your favourite Lush products?

Weekend Wishlist #9 Makeup Edition

This year I thought I would continue posting my Weekend Wishlists posts but I want to try and make sure that I post them weekly. I thought I could have themed wishlists such as makeup, fashion, high end makeup etc. Let me know what you think of this idea.

So onto my wishlist. The first item on my wishlist is the Seventeen Phwoarr Paint concealer I have seen so many good reviews of this concealer and I am always interested in finding new concealers. The only other creamy concealer I have tried was the Dainty Doll one which I didn't like as I found it was too dry but I have heard so many people rave about this concealer so I must try it.

Next item is a new release from Maybelline. The new mascara is called the Falsies Big Eyes Mascara . This mascara has 2 wands one for your top lashes and one for your bottom lashes. I have only ever tried one Maybelline mascara ( Great Lash) but I love it. So many people rave about Maybelline the Falsies mascara and this one is so unique that I have to try it out.

Next is the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation. I love my Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation and I really want to find another light coverage foundation that I love as well. The Revlon one is a light coverage foundation which I have been longing to try ever since it was released last year and I think this year will be the year that I find another foundation that I love as much as the Wake Me Up one.

Another product that I have had my eye on for awhile is the Bourjois Colour Edition 24hr cream eyeshadow I love the Maybelline Colour Tattoos and I would like to see how these compare. They are slightly more expensive than the Colour Tattoos but they have some gorgeous shades that I can't wait to get my hands on.

The next product is something that i already have tons of but I really want to try this. It is the Soap and Glory Smooch Operator Lip Balm I am always interested in trying out new lip balms as you can never have too many. I use lip balms all the time and imagine one from Soap and Glory will smell amazing.

The last item is the Garnier BB Cream I love light coverage products and my mum uses this and says that it is very good. She says that it isn't too heavy either so I really want to try this. I like to wear tinted moisturisers or BB creams to school as they are a lighter option compared to foundation.

So that is everything on my wishlist this week, what's on yours?

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer Review

After trying the powder and foundation from the same range I was desperate to try the concealer. I'd heard so many great things about this concealer and I couldn't wait to try it. I was lucky enough to find it in my local discount shop and it was in my shade (it must be fate) and it was a bargain at only £2.99.
I love the simple packaging of this although it is simple it has simple packaging to the Nars Creamy Concealer. Unlike the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer the writing seems to remain on the packaging so far.
The concealer is available in 6 shades which is pretty good for a drugstore brand. There is a quiz that you can do to find your shades. The quiz will tell you which shade you should buy in the concealer, foundation and powder. (link) I got the shade 15 Fair and it is a really good match for me. This concealer has a standard doe foot applicator that most concealers seem to have.

The coverage that this offers is light- medium but it doesn't feel too heavy on the skin. This covers dark circles really well and it also brightens up the eye area which makes me look more awake. I don't use this concealer on my blemishes as I think that it is more suited to under eye circles. It blends really easily and it doesn't look cakey. I find that you really do need to set this one with a powder if you want it to last all day.

I really like this concealer I have been using it nearly everyday to cover my under eye circles and so far I am really impressed with it. I am so glad that I picked it up. I love the Fit Me range as the colours match my skin really well and I recommend the whole range to you.

Product: Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
Price: £5.99
Shades: Fair, Medium, Sand, Cafe, Light and Deep
Where to buy: Boots and Superdrug
Score: 9/10

Have you tried this? What do you think of it?

NOTD: Damson Dream

NO7 Damson Dream
I got this nail polish quite awhile ago from Boots when they gave out NO7 vouchers, I decided to try a nail polish as I love nail polishes. The Stay Perfect range has quite a lot of colours so there will be something for everyone. The colour I got was Damson Dream which is a gorgeous purple colour with a red shimmer running through it.

NO7 Damson Dream

NO7 Damson Dream
You need 2 coats of this to get it fully opaque. This applies really well, it has wide brush so it applies evenly. I love the colour of this but I found that without a top coat this chips really easily. I don't normally bother with a top coat as I usually can wear polishes a week before they start chipping but this one chipped really easily which is quite disappointing. When I use a top coat it does last much longer though. It is a shame that this chips so quickly as they retail at £6 which is quite a lot considering how quickly it chips. There are much cheaper polishes that don't cheap as quickly as this does so it was a little bit of a let down. I love the colour though and it is perfect for autumn/winter.

Revlon Lipstick Review- Cherries in the Snow

Revlon Lipstick Cherries in the Snow
Today I want to share with you a review of one of the most prettiest lipsticks that I own. I bought the Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Cherries in the Snow from my local discount beauty shop. I had seen this colour on lots of peoples blogs and I thought that it was beautiful but I wasn't sure if I would wear it so I didn't want to spend £7.49 on it in case I didn't like it so when I saw it in the discount shop for £2.99 I knew I had to try it. I am so glad that I picked this up as I love it, I wore it so much throughout December as I think the colour is perfect for this time of year.

Revlon Lipstick Cherries in the Snow

Revlon Lipstick Cherries in the Snow
The packaging of this lipstick is beautiful it feels a lot more expensive than it actually is. Cherries in the Snow has a Crème formula which I love. This makes it very creamy and not at all drying on the lips. The colour is very bold and pigmented and I am completely in love with it. This lipstick is very long lasting it only needs a few touch ups during the day which I was really impressed with. Some bolder colours have a tendency to bleed however this lipstick doesn't bleed which makes it even easier to wear. I am completely in love with this lipstick I think that it is quickly becoming one of my favourites. I've already used quite a lot of as I have worn it so much.

Revlon Lipstick Cherries in the Snow
If you want to get this lipstick then you can get it from Boots for £7.49.

I love this range of lipsticks and I am going to being trying out some others do you have any recommendations?

Boots Vitamin E Eye Cream Review

Today I am going to be reviewing the Boots Vitamin E eye cream. I have been using this for well over a month now maybe even 2 so I think that I am in a good position to review it now. This is the first eye cream that I have ever tried. I hadn't had one before but I really wanted to try one. This one is very affordable at only £2.54 so even if I didn't like it I knew I wouldn't have wasted much money.
Boots Vitamin E Eye Cream
I quite like this eye cream. It is quite light and isn't greasy under my eyes. I don't have huge dark circles but I do have some dark circles under my eyes and so I wanted to try an eye cream to see if they could be reduced. You get 15ml of product which is quite a lot considering you don't need an awful lot of product. It also has SPF 15 which is always a bonus.

Boots Vitamin E Eye Cream
The formula is very light and non- greasy. It sinks in quite quickly as well. I quite like this eye cream it reduces my dark circles to some extent, they haven't completely disappeared but then I wasn't expecting this cream to do that. This cream is very moisturising however and I find that my concealer goes on a lot better when I use this. This eye cream will last you for quite awhile as you only need a small amount each time you use it. This is a very affordable eye cream that I would recommend if you are starting out with eye creams but if you want something that will dramatically reduce dark circles and puffiness then this isn't for you.

If you want to purchase this you can get from Boots for £2.54.

Have you tried this? Do you have any eye cream recommendations?

What I Got For Christmas

This is such a late post as Christmas was ages ago. Is it even acceptable to post about Christmas so late in January? Anyway you may have noticed that I haven't posted for awhile. I have mocks this week and next so I have been really busy revising. I really wanted to share with you what I got for Christmas as I love reading these types of posts.
First up I got quite a few Real Techniques brushes. I already have the Core Collection and the Starter Set and I love them and I really wanted to get some more. The first brush I got was the Blush Brush which I absolutely love it picks up just the right amount of product and it is an ideal size for applying blush. I also got the Duo Fiber Set which I am really loving as well. I love the duo fiber face brush for applying powder as it picks up such a small amount of product that my powder never looks cakey. After Christmas I also made a order and I got the Sam's Picks brush set which is amazing. I will be reviewing all of these shortly on my blog.
I got this cute little gift set from The Body Shop. One of my favourite scents from The Body Shop is the Vanilla Bliss scent which is only available at Christmas so I got this set which comes with the shower gel and body butter. It also comes with a cute snowman sponge which is so cute. I can't wait to use these products.
Quite awhile ago I got a sample of the Roberto Cavalli Acqua and I loved it so I got a bottle for Christmas. I love this perfume so much it smells amazing, it's quite a floral scent I really recommend that you check this out. I got the NO7 Eye Appeal which a neutrals palette, I love all the colours in this palette and I think it will be perfect for travelling as it is quite small. I got my first Sleek product, I got one of their blush palette in the shade Lace. I am so excited and I can't wait to use it. I got a couple of lip products as well. I got one of the Bourjois Color Boosts in the shade Fuschia Libre which is a really pretty colour I love lip crayons so I am really looking forward to trying this. I got one of the new Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks which I am really pleased with. I've tried the old formula and I was really impressed so hopefully this will be just as good. I got the shade As You Want Victoria.

I got so many Soap and Glory products that I don't think I'll have to buy any for quite awhile. The first thing that I got was the Powder Trip palette, this palette is gorgeous it comes with Solar Powder bronzer, Love At First Blush blusher and the Glow All Out highlighter. I'm excited to try this as I have never tried Soap and Glory makeup before.

This year I was lucky enough to get the big gift set called the Yule Monty. You have probably seen this on so many blogs as people went a bit crazy when it got discounted from £60 to £27 which is an amazing bargain as  you get a lot of products for your money. I've only tried one thing so far Heel Genius which is an amazing foot cream.
I also got the Once Upon A Lime gift set, I have never tried this scent range and I really like it. I think I have plenty of shower gels and body butters to last me the year now.

I got the Fearne nail polish gift set which is really pretty. The colours in this set are gorgeous and they are all colours that I will wear. I got a lovely Rimmel quad in the shade Smokey Blue which I am interested in trying. I also got a set of Accessorize lip glosses, all the colours look so pretty and I can't wait to try them.
I also got the Lauren Conrad Beauty book. I already have her Style book which I really love. I like these types of books as you can just pick them up as and when and have a quick flick through. I love Lauren Conrad's makeup it always looks lovely. I also got this cute owl organiser which I really like. My Mum bought me this as she thought it would be useful for when I go to university later this year.

My last present is very exciting and was a complete surprise. My Dad got me the Panasonic V110 video camera. This can also take pictures which is what I have used to take the pictures for this post. I am really impressed with the quality of the pictures.

I am really grateful for all the gifts that I got and I can't wait to try them all out. I hope you had a good Christmas and New Year. I am going to try and post more frequently this year but I know it will be hard as I've got my A Level exams in the summer which ill be a stressful time but I hope to post more often this year.

Fashionista Customised Eyeshadow Palette Review

When MUA released on their Facebook Page  that they were going to be selling Fashionista products on their website I was so excited. For the longest time I had wanted to create a Fashionista Customised Palette for a long time. As far as I am aware this is the closest that you can get to a MAC Fill Your Own Palette on the highstreet/drugstore. I am sure you are all aware of the MAC concept in which you buy a empty palette and you can fill it with whatever eyeshadows/blushes/bronzers you choose. This is the exact same concept but for a fraction of the price.
Fashionista Customised Eyeshadow Palette
A little while ago I reviewed my Fashionista Customised Blush Palette which I absolutely love. Today I thought I would share with you my eyeshadow one. I love the concept behind these palettes as you can create them specifically for your needs. I think they are perfect for travelling as you can have all your powder products in one place which leaves space in your bag for more lipsticks.

There are 4 palettes to choose from. This  black one with Fashionista written all over it, a red one which has Fashionista written in the corner or a silver leopard print one. These 3 are all 4 pan palettes and can hold 4 eyeshadows/blushes/ bronzers or a combination. There is one 6 pan palette which is plain white. The palettes themselves are really sturdy and come with a good sized mirror.
Fashionista Customised Eyeshadow Palette
I really like how you can still see the shade names once they are in the palette. When you put an eyeshadow into a MAC palette the only way to see the shade name is to take the pan out of the palette or memorise the name of it which can be hard when you have a massive collection of eyeshadows. The eyeshadow pans are really easy to put into the palette and are easy to take out as well so you can switch up your palette depending on the season or your current favourite shades.

Fashionista Customised Eyeshadow Palette
The eyeshadow shades that I chose were (from left to right)  Frozen, Nude Glimmer, Gold Rush and Radiant
Frozen is a gorgeous silver shade which I use to highlight the inner corner of my eyes. It looks beautiful and it helps to brighten up my eye area. Nude Glimmer is my most used eyeshadow from this palette as it is a gorgeous light shimmery brown. This is great for adding just a wash of colour to your lids and I often wear it to school. Gold Rush is a gorgeous brown shade with gold shimmer running through it. I love this shade and it looks beautiful on top of my Maybelline Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze. The last eyeshadow is Radiant which is a gorgeous brown colour with a hint of gold in it. I love these eyeshadows they are all really pigmented and glide onto my lids. They are easy to blend and they last all day. The only one that I have noticed fall out from is Gold Rush but I don'r mind too much as it is a gorgeous colour.

Fashionista Customised Eyeshadow Palette Swatches
From left to right Frozen, Nude Glimmer, Gold Rush and Radiant

This year I really want to try more things from Fashionista whilst the products are still on the MUA website. I'm sure I will be creating another palette as I love them so much. For the price the quality is amazing.
he 4 pan palettes cost £2 each and the 6 pan palette costs £3. Each individual blush, eyeshadow and bronzer are £1.65. However MUA over a deal so you can fill a 4 pan palette for £7 (saving you £1.40) and a 6 pan palette for £10 (saving you £2.90).
If you want to purchase a palette or an individual shade then you can
here. I recommend that you look up the shades online as the little pictures on the website can be a little misleading.

Have you made one of these palettes? Do you have any Fashionista recommendations?

Best of 2013

Today I wanted to share with you my favourites products from last year. These are some of the products that I discovered during 2013.
You may have noticed when reading my blog that I don't write much about skincare or haircare and that is because I always use a skincare/haircare product until the end so I don't try new skincare out all the time as I like to finish a product before starting something new. However last year I did get into using skincare a bit  more and hopefully this year I will get even better a sticking to my routine. Last year saw Nivea bring out their In Shower Body Moisturiser this was a product that I thought couldn't possibly be moisturising enough but I was mistaken. This product has been a life safer I use it when I am in a rush and wouldn't have time to use a body butter and this has kept my skin really soft. The next product is the Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance Leave in Conditioner this product protects my hair, leaves it feeling and smelling great plus it acts as a detangling product. I love this and I use it every time I wash my hair. It lasts a really long time as well so I don't need to constantly repurchase it. I have also really enjoyed the L'Oreal Micellar Solution I love these types of products for removing my eye makeup and this is really great. It removes even the most stubborn of products and it doesn't sting my eyes. This has quickly become a staple in  my skincare routine which I will be posting about in a few weeks time.

Now onto makeup favourites. First off is the much blogged about Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer I was extremely late to the party with this one but I love it. It covers all my imperfections and under eye circles. It lasts all day and it doesn't look cakey it quickly became a staple in my everyday routine. A product that I used pretty much all through the summer was the MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter this is such a gorgeous highlighter and looks beautiful in the summer. It is a unique product to find at the drugstore as not many brands sell highlighters but this one is lovely and works really well with my next favourite. After hearing many bloggers talk about Natural Collection's Blush in the shade Peach Melba I really wanted to try it but when I looked at it in the shop I didn't like the colour so instead I opted for Pink Cloud  and I am glad I did because I love it. It is a gorgeous matt pink which looks beautiful in spring/summer. Now onto eye products strangely these are all from the same brand. Last year I really got into winged eyeliner and when I started practising I bought a cheap felt liner as I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I didn't like the look and also I needed to practise. I bought the Collection Extreme Felt Liner and I love it. It took me a long time to perfect my technique but now that I have this looks really good. It glides on really easily and it is a deep black. It dries really quickly once on so it doesn't smudge and it lasts the whole day. My last makeup favourite is the Collection Work The Colour Eyeshadow Pencils many brands bought out eyeshadow pencils last year but the Collection ones are by far the best out of the ones I've tried. I love the shade range as the majority of shades are neutral colours. The product is very long lasting on the lids and works as a base for other eyeshadows or by themselves. I have worn these a lot to school as they are so quick to apply. My last 2 favourites are nail favourites. Last year I tried OPI for the first time and I fell in love with their polishes. The one in the picture is I'm All Ears  which is a gorgeous sparkly pink but this represents all of my OPI polishes as I love them all. My last favourite is another range of nail polishes represented by one polish. The Barry M Gelly Hi Shine range was a must for me during the summer. I love the shade range of these and the texture is amazing. I am so glad that I tried these polishes as I wasn't going to originally as I thought I had to many but I just had to try them as I kept seeing them appear on blogs and I'm so glad I did as I love them.

What were your favourites in 2013?
