I have a lot of ELF lipsticks as they are such great quality and really affordable. ELF has quite a range of colours and I wanted to share with you 3 that I thought would be perfect for autumn. The shades I'm sharing with you today are Gypsy, Posh and Voodoo( they are pictured in that order) I think these are the perfect autumn shades and they go on the lips so well they last for such a long time. You can see from the swatches below that they are super pigmented and quite moisturising. My favourite shade out of the 3 is Gypsy as I think it complements my skin tone really well and I don't have to reapply it too often.
Hope you enjoyed this post

NOTD- Bongo Beat
I really love the Collection's (formally Collection 2000) nail polishes they have a wide brush and go on really well. Usually only needing two coats, and they are really cheap as well. This colour is called bongo beat and it is greeny blue colour.

Lush Products Review
Today I wanted to review 2 lush products for you. The bubblegum lip scrub and the rub rub rub scrub. Lush is a brand that I don't buy very often as my nearest store is a few miles away and sometimes the products seem quite expensiveness considering they have a short shelf life and need to be used quickly. All that said I really love these 2 products and may have to start shopping there more.
I'll start with the lip scrub. In the shop the women got me to try this and I loved it so I had to buy it. It smells amazing which is great as I love products which have a nice scent. You rub some on your lips to remove any dry skin and lick of the excess (yes I said lick finally a product that tastes good) and then put a lip balm on when you are done. It leaves the lips feeling really soft and moisturised. This costs £5.95 but there is quite a lot of product in the pot so it will last quite awhile.
Now onto the body scrub, this is probably one of the best body scrubs I have ever used. You can use it on dry skin or wet skin and you can use it in your hair as it is said to add volume(I haven't used it in my hair so I can't comment). I love this I have used it on my feet as well as my body and it has really made a difference it has made my feet feel smoother and softer. It is great to use on dry skin if you need that extra scrub sometimes I use it on my feet dry if I am about to do a pedicure. The smell of this is a fresh smell which is quite nice. This has lasted me a long time and I will be sad when I have used it all up.
Do you have any Lush recommendations?

When Lancôme launched their new perfume they gave away free samples on their website. I got this sample at the beginning of the month and I have been wearing it most days. I love the scent as it isn't overpowering but it lasts all day as well. I love it so much that I'm going to buy the full size.

Guest Post- Taylor Swift Makeup Tutorial
Hi! I’m Becki from Dreams With Butterflies and today I am going to do another guest post for Kirsty. Today I am going to show you how to re-create this classic Taylor Swift make-up from the iHeart Music Festival. I love Taylor’s music, energy, style, fashion and beauty – well everything, in this look she has her classic black liner and red lips with curls, I don’t normally wear red lipstick in fact I have never put red lipstick on myself before! I will put a full list at the bottom of this post of all the products. And stay tuned at the end to know what products Taylor Swift actually uses!
Face
I am going to start by priming my face with Benefit – That Gal Face Primer, I am using this primer as it is a brightening face primer and Taylor has clear, healthy and glowing skin. I am going to take a large pea sized and gently putting it on my skin almost like your laying in onto your skin then leaving it for a few minutes to kind of “sink in”.
I am then going to conceal any blemishes, acne scaring and under my eyes. I am using MAC – Pro Long Wear Concealer on blemishes and acne scaring, and Collection – Lasting Perfection Concealer under my eyes as it is just a bit to light for my skin tone which means it brightens under your eyes!
Then using a foundation brush I am going to use MAC – Face &Body Foundation all over my face, this is a light coverage foundation but it is very buildable and I am using a foundation brush because it gives more coverage. Once I am done doing that I am going to use Real Techniques – Buffing Brush to make sure it is blended out evenly and make sure it looks like a second layer of skin.
Taylor has very matt skin, so I am using a pressed powder to make sure I have no shine on my face. I am using MAC – Blot Powder with an Elf – Studio Complexion Brush (this is my favourite brush for applying pressed powder!)
Taylor has amazing cheekbones which I am sure we would all love but since mine don’t look anything like hers I am going to contour to fake them! When your contouring it’s important to use a matt bronzer, there can’t be any shimmer in it! For this I am using Benefit – Hoola Bronzer and I am putting it down my cheekbones, up to my temple and under my chin - I am going to use a kabuki brush and blend it out to make it look more natural. Now my t-zone is much paler then the rest of my face so I am using Bourjois – Bronzing Powder to give the rest of my face a little colour.
In the picture Taylor has natural pink blush on I am going to use Benefit – PosieTint on my cheeks, then to set the liquid blush I am going to use a little bit of MAC – Pinch O’Peach one the apple of my cheeks.
Taylor has a gorgeous golden highlight on the top of her cheekbones, I am using Jemma Kidd Pro – Dewy Glow All Over Radiance Crème – Iced Gold. This is a really nice cream highlighter and is like what Taylor would have used.
Eyes
For a base I am going to use my trusted Urban Decay – Primer Potion – Eden and blend it all over my eyelid. Using a primer will make sure that your eye shadow will stay on all day and it will also ensure that your eye shadow won’t crease.
In the photo you can’t see her eye shadow on her lids, so I have had to use my imagination and I have gone for a light colour all over my lid and a medium brown in my crease to define my crease. I have decided to do this because it is natural, improves what you already have and is simple which is important with bold lips – you don’t want to have too much going on. I am using Bourjois – Eye shadow – 08 all over my lid and MAC – Wedge in my crease, I am then using to use a MAC – #224 Brush to blend it out.
Taylor always has black eyeliner on, so I am using MAC – Fluidline – BlackTrack on an angled brush. I am following my eye shape and at the end winging it out slightly, I am also going to be doing a medium to thick line. I am then going to set the eyeliner with a black eye shadow from the Sleek – Storm Palette.
I am going to be applying false eyelashes as Taylor is also wearing them as she is at an event. Before I apply the false eyelashes I am going to curl my own lashes then apply a few coats of Maybelline – Colossal Volume Mascara. I am then going to apply the false eyelashes, I am using Eylure by Katy Perry Lashes – Sweetie Pie I really liked these lashes I can’t say much on them as I only had them on for about an hour but after first impressions they seemed good!
I am going to line my lower lash line with Urban Decay - 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil – Zero and under it I am going to use a black eye shadow from Sleek – Storm Palette, I am doing this to smoke the black eyeliner out and make it look a bit softer.
Taylor has a slightly shimmery inner corner, to create this I used MUA - Eye Shadow - Shade 1 (Pearl). I am applied this with an angled brush and sprayed MAC - Fix+ on the brush to give the eyeshadow a shine to it.
Lips
Using a red lip liner I am going to line around my lips and then fill them in using Revlon – Lip Liner – Red, this will help keep the red lipstick last all day and it will also stop it from bleeding.
Then Using a Real Techniques – Brush I will be apply Revlon – Colourburst in 090 True Red. This is the first time I have put a true red colour on my lips! I think I like it but it is quite a change! Let me know what you thick. To give it a perfect shade I put a few dots of concealer around my mouth and blended it in with a foundation brush and my fingers.

I was recently reading Fleur De Force's blog and she was lucky enough to meet Taylor Swift herself! Fleur asked Taylor her favourite make-up products and since Taylor is one of the faces of covergirl (in America) she said the following three items:
- Covergirl - Lash Blast Mascara (Black)
- Covergirl - Line Blast (Black)
-Covergirl - Lipstick in Hot
I hope you enjoyed this make-up look, and the red lips are something that was completely out of my comfort zone! I would really appreciate it if you could check my blog out and follow it! I put a lot of work into it and I am starting to post every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday! I will link my blog here.
Thanks for Reading.
* I want to thank Becki for writing another great guest post for me. I'm sorry I haven't been posting much I've been away so have had a break from blogging but I'm back and will be posting soon. Please check out Becki's blog which has more makeup tutorials and many other posts.
